This is my own brand of a intermediate to advanced hybrid of yoga, calisthenics, and pilates. This is definitely not for the weak! I focus a lot on time under tense as well as doing each movement slowly, then building a bit of speed as the sets progress. It is strongly advised to know the basics before embarking on this aspect of the journey.
